How Many Should I Take?

DOSE GUIDELINES: |
Suggested use: Adults take 1 capsule once or twice per day, mid morning and/or mid afternoon with a full glass of water. Take 2 hours after a meal or on an empty stomach. If after 60-90 minutes, additional energy is desired, take a second capsule. Do not take too late in the day as sleep may be impaired. Do not take more that 4 capsules per day.
